Report: Principals show support for in-class breakfast programs

A majority of principals recently surveyed said they support serving breakfast in the classroom, according to a report from the Food Research and Action Center and The National Association of Elementary School Principals Foundation. Principals cited increased breakfast participation, better attendance and improved behavior as some of the benefits of serving breakfast in the classroom.
