Southeast Asian consumers increasingly engage with mobile for shopping

The growing number of consumers across Southeast Asia who shop on their mobile devices reveals a trend toward more engaged shopping via mobile as it displaces PCs for the activity, according to data from PricePanda. Indonesia leads the way with 45% of consumers shopping via mobile, followed by Singapore at 38%, the Philippines at 30% and Malaysia at 23%.
