Unique buns have breakout year in 2013

BurgerBusiness' forecast that 2013 would be a banner year for creative burger buns turned out to be correct as casual restaurants and chains threw out the plain bun in favor of cornbread, bagels and even French toast. New burger joints such as Jolley Bros. Scone Burgers in Richfield, Utah, made waves in the food industry with one-of-a-kind burgers, such as patties served on a freshly baked scone.
