Unity developers port more than 1,000 games to Microsoft stores

Microsoft says more than a thousand games based on the Unity engine have been ported to the Windows Store and Windows Phone Store since cross-platform support came out of beta July 22. Microsoft is encouraging developers by offering technical guides and showcasing the Unity applications. "This milestone is a powerful reminder of the incredible flexibility of the Unity technology and developer community," says Unity Technologies CEO David Helgason.
