Consumer satisfaction and brand loyalty dropped in the third quarter, according to a University of Michigan survey. Of the 44 consumer-product names ranked, 35 companies saw their customer-satisfaction score remain unchanged. H.J. Heinz Corp. was the highest-scoring company in the survey, while Coca-Cola Co.'s satisfaction and loyalty rate dropped 5.8%.
