Kellogg sues General Mills over cinnamon toast trademark

Kellogg has filed a lawsuit disputing the validity of a trademark including the phrase "cinnamon toast" related to a General Mills food bar. Kellogg contends the phrase is a descriptive term used for all sorts of products. General Mills, which has held a patent related to its Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal since 1985, did not comment on the suit.
