Those working at home should get workers' comp benefits, court rules

The Tennessee Supreme Court on Friday ruled telecommuters and employees who work at home should receive workers' compensation benefits if they are injured on the job. Some observers say the ruling might result in an increase in claims filed by people who work at home.
