Students taught history lesson through role play

About 300 Kansas middle-school students are learning about history by reenacting the 1957 crisis in Little Rock, Ark. -- when then-President Dwight Eisenhower intervened in the integration of a Little Rock high school. The lesson is funded via a grant received by history teacher Jeff Platt, who said the students are learning about history by being part of it.
