Dispute over electronic device leads to TSA questioning

An AirTran flight awaiting departure from Atlanta returned to the gate Tuesday after a passenger allegedly refused to turn off an electronic device, despite repeated requests by a flight attendant. The offending passenger and his party were taken off the plane for questioning by the TSA before being released to continue their trip to Houston. The FAA intends to investigate, though the TSA says it considers the incident an internal airline matter.
