For holidays, some online shoppers look but don't buy

While 63% of consumers will shop online this season, that percentage is down 10 points from 2007, representing a steady decline, according to Nielsen's Online Holiday Outlook. The study indicates that online shopping is no longer necessarily seen as a way to get the lowest prices on gifts, but rather as a convenience.
