A new Twist for French chef Pierre Gagnaire

Pierre Gagnaire, the Michelin-starred French chef, is opening his first American restaurant, called Twist, in Las Vegas. Though he is known for his outsized personality and idiosyncratic food, he says "the idea is not to make a big show" with the restaurant, slated to open Dec. 4.
