After two years of focusing on coast-to-coast routes favored by business travelers, Virgin Atlantic on Wednesday started service to Fort Lauderdale, Fla., a prominent leisure destination. "We know we need warm-weather sites," CEO David Cush acknowledged in an interview. "This will help balance out our network."
