U.S., South Korea to try again for free-trade agreement

U.S. President Barack Obama and South Korean President Lee Myung-bak said they are ready to deal with concerns that prevented congressional approval of a free-trade agreement between the countries. Lawmakers blocked the measure, saying it does not do enough to give Chrysler, Ford Motor and General Motors free access to the Korean market. "I told President Lee and his team that I am committed to see the two countries work together to move this agreement forward," Obama said during a visit to Seoul.
