Brookfield Office Properties is maintaining an overall occupancy of 95.1% and has signed deals for assets in Washington and Houston. AvalonBay has $600 million more in buying capacity after closing on three communities worth $250 million. Equity Residential grew its occupancy 4.5% to 5% year-over-year as rental rates rose by 100 basis points.
