Merchants go social to win Black Friday shoppers

Retailers plan to use all the online tools at their disposal this year to promote their Black Friday bargains, with more than half planning to send advance e-mails and more than 20% expecting to tweet their deals, according to a recent Shop.org survey. "The rules for Black Friday have changed significantly," said NRF CEO Matthew Shay.
