Ball State recognized for comprehensive wellness program

Ball State University was designated a Gold Level Fit-Friendly Worksite by the American Heart Association for its Working Well program. The university offers employees one-on-one sessions with a health coach and a registered dietitian, help with quitting smoking, and blood pressure and cholesterol screenings. Other programs include a walking competition and online health assessments. Employee participation is at 78% and growing.
