N.C. county staff wants performance review from residents

About 4,000 households in New Hanover County, N.C., will take a survey to help county commissioners and the county manager gauge residents' level of satisfaction with services. "This survey is an opportunity to hear what our citizens have to say about what we do well and what needs improvement," the county manager said. "Using these results, we can deliver more effective, efficient and responsive outcomes."
