Plan for Buffalo high-rise renovation approved

Planners in Buffalo, N.Y., have approved a revised design plan for the renovation of the city's former Dulski building. The $65 million plan gives the 15-story building more of a metal and tinted-blue glass exterior, and the building is expected to include office space, upscale condominiums and a 150-room Embassy Suites hotel.
