Nespresso betting on gourmet-coffee demand in Latin America

Nespresso, the premium-coffee division of Nestle SA, believes that demand for gourmet coffee will grow in Latin America despite a looming global recession. The company, which sells equipment to brew coffee one cup at a time, plans to sell more equipment and boost brand recognition in Latin American markets including Mexico, Argentina and Brazil.
