Next must-have medical gadget: the iBrain

A company called NeuroVigil is working on a wireless brain scanner for home use that can reveal neurological abnormalities. Philip Low, the company's founder, predicts the iBrain will one day be a routine diagnostic device for, say, transportation workers. He also believes it can be used to detect pandemics and bioterrorism threats.
