Cardamom and sweet potatoes lead 2010 Mintel predictions

Flavors and foods that Mintel predicts will be big in 2010 include sweet potatoes, cardamom, hibiscus, rose water, a superfruit called cupuacu, and Latin herbs and spices. The research firm also predicts a surge in "simple, clean" fragrances for household and personal-care products.
