Courthouse roof to get breathable coating

A Tennessee courthouse is to get a new breathable coating for the stonework around its roof and clock tower. The Marshall County Courthouse roof is currently protected by an impermeable membrane, which keeps most water out but also locks in any moisture that does manage to enter.
