New programs, Web sites offer help for overweight children

Increased attention on childhood obesity has led to new initiatives and Web sites aimed at helping children eat a healthy diet and get plenty of exercise. The American Academy of Pediatrics' Web site offers information and ideas for parents, and the National Dairy Council has teamed with the NFL for the "Fuel Up to Play 60" campaign to get youths to exercise.
