Former U.S. Marshal Steven Softly is a co-owner and trainer at CrossFit LifeForce, which focuses on helping people deal with stress and dangerous situations that may arise, such as a car accident or a mugging. "You push yourself to the absolute maximum and beyond," Softly said. "Your body takes you so far, but your mind can take you that much further. So what we try to do is get people to go through that wall."
