Mobile monitoring products developer launches data sharing device

A wireless event monitor, called wEvent, was recently unveiled by CardioNet to help doctors wirelessly send activity and symptom reports. The device, which would share a monitoring system with the firm's Mobile Cardiac Outpatient Telemetry, is expected to boost patient convenience and back office efficiencies.
