Boston Scientific scores 2 regulatory wins for embolization device

The Direxion Torqueable Microcatheter, developed by Boston Scientific, has won FDA clearance and CE Mark approval in Europe. The device is designed to help interventional radiologists perform peripheral embolization procedures meant to treat patients with uterine fibroids, liver cancer and other conditions.
