EasyJet reports 51% jump in annual profit

British carrier easyJet reported a 51% increase in annual profit and a 10.5% increase in sales for the fiscal year ending in September. The airline will pay out a dividend to shareholders "as evidence of our continued confidence in the future prospects of the business," said CEO Carolyn McCall. The carrier also expects to increase capacity by 5% for the coming year.
