CEOs are often to blame when a company fails to innovate effectively, writes Stefan Lindegaard. Only when bosses prioritize innovation, and demonstrate that by getting involved with the process, can corporate creativity thrive, Lindegaard argues. "They must broaden their views and perspectives. Until then, it will be difficult for them to lead an innovative company," he writes.
