IBM study: Mobile is widely perceived as a productivity booster

A majority of global organizations are reporting significant gains in worker productivity due to mobile, and more than 90% of those surveyed indicated they would sustain or soon boost their mobile investments, an IBM study said. The study also found that 81% of organizations surveyed said mobile had greatly impacted how they run their business. "Today, mobile is quickly emerging as a transformational game changer in business that will drive new levels of innovation and interactions," said Kevin Custis, IBM's social business and mobile practices leader.
