Nanoscale device transmits in FM

Columbia University engineers have used graphene to develop the world's smallest FM transmitter. The nanoscale device, too small to be seen with the naked eye, may find a practical use in smartphones or in wireless signal processing, said mechanical engineering professor James Hone.
