Theo Chocolate enters Canadian market

Seattle-based Theo Chocolate will extend its distribution network into several Canadian provinces by the end of the year, and its products will be available in more than 4,000 stores across North America. The bean-to-bar chocolatier is expected to produce 1.5 million pounds of chocolate in 2014 and has earned Organic, Fair Trade, Fair for Life and Non-GMO certifications. “Our expansion represents an increase in demand for high-quality products that are made with social and environmental impacts in mind,” said Joe Whinney, Theo Chocolate's founder and CEO.
