Market demand for cybersecurity expertise is expected to grow annually by double digits through the end of the decade, and with competition for skilled workers on the rise, more companies are developing unique initiatives for grooming new talent. "It is really about creating a new set of talent in future employees so they will understand security, no matter their background," said Marisa Viveros, of IBM's Cyber Security Innovation Program. "It does not have to be an engineer; it could be on the business side; it could be in management."
