A smoke-free Hawaii could cost the state some visitors

With a new strict smoking ban on the books, some in Hawaii worry tourism will decline if smoking travelers choose other destinations, particularly big spenders from Japan. Explaining the rules to Japanese tourists will be the most difficult, one tourism expert says, although statistics show in 2005 45% of Japanese men smoked.
