O'Hare modernization executive makes environment a priority

O'Hare Modernization Program Executive Director Rosemarie Andolino helped create the first environmental rating system for large airports. In a Q-and-A, she said the airport is taking every step possible to operate in an environmentally friendly way. "We've gone above and beyond in our construction contracts, doing things like requiring the use of ultralow sulphur diesel fuel in vehicles greater than 50 horsepower, which is better for the environment," Andolino said.
