Michigan high school, college partner on physics class

Citing a lack of highly qualified teachers who are certified in both physics and chemistry, a Michigan high school has partnered with a local college to offer physics to students. Mason County Eastern students go to the college twice each week to take physics, and while teachers union and schools officials say they would have preferred to hire their own teacher rather than contracting for services, they say that was not affordable and the partnership costs far less.
