Rhee: Prevent violence by teaching conflict resolution

Washington schools need to help students learn to manage conflicts as well as offering better training for security officers in order to curb school violence, District of Columbia schools Chancellor Michelle Rhee told the district council Thursday. "We have to think about a different model for deploying our resources," she said.
