In many cases, employers, who are trying to keep the costs of their health plans in check, often aren't matching their efforts to the needs and desires of their employees, according to a survey by Aon Hewitt. "We hear over and over that the key to ensuring real health improvement is employee engagement, so knowing what employees want and what will motivate them is essential to success," said Helen Darling of the National Business Group on Health. Workers want access to intuitive programs and personalized health information, the survey found.
