White tiger undergoes leg amputation at Colorado State

Veterinarians at Colorado State University's Veterinary Teaching Hospital amputated the left hind leg of a white Bengal tiger whose leg was permanently damaged by an aneurism. The tiger is recovering from surgery at Serenity Springs Wildlife Center, and work on a special enclosure funded by donations is under way.
