FRA conducts rail-safety class for first responders

The Federal Railroad Administration hosted a rail-safety class to teach first responders in Hamburg, N.J., about the appropriate ways to deal with rail emergencies. Attendees learned how to find the fuel cutoff switch in the locomotive and how to stop a train in an emergency, as well as other safety techniques.
