RTB use is up sharply among national, local brands

Real-time bidding will account for almost $2 billion in ad spending this year, or about 13% of total U.S. digital ad spending, eMarketer reports. Studies found a major increase in RTB use during the first six months of 2012, with a more than 30% increase in RTB use among national advertisers, and almost a 50% increase among local companies.
