High-speed rail proposal in Colo. could cost nearly $10B

It would cost around $9.8 billion to build a high-speed rail network in Colorado that would link Fort Collins to Colorado Springs, planners said. That plan is the most popular one at the moment, but the Colorado Department of Transportation is also looking at other high-speed rail proposals, some of which would cost billions more to build.
