Mich. farmers decry plan to cut biofuel blending target

Farmers in Michigan are afraid that the Obama administration's proposal to scale back the biofuel blending requirements for 2014 will hurt demand for corn. The EPA's plan "doesn't make sense," said Brian Stuart, a farmer in Portland, Mich. "I would rather see industry in our country, rather than bring in oil overseas," he said.
