BTB e-mail doesn't get opened, study says

Most business-to-business e-mail newsletter subscribers don't open their mail, but relay on the preview window to screen the information, according to a survey from EmailLabs. The Menlo Park, Calif., e-mail technology firm also found that recipients rarely download images in e-mails.
