Drivers give Dallas' improved High Five the thumbs up

A project to improve one of Dallas' most troublesome highway interchanges is getting high marks after nearly four years of construction. The High Five interchange opened on Monday, finishing a year ahead of schedule, but officials say some work remains on the high-occupancy vehicle lanes, frontage roads, landscaping and other areas.
