SocialCycling finds new life for junk

DMD Green, an environmental management consulting company, has developed a program called SocialCycling to help find new uses for used products that are not easily recycled, such as PVC. The company collects unwanted scraps at a central location and then connects them with craftsmen and manufacturers who can use the scraps.
