"Sweet spot" for chem projects is first half of 2010, industry exec says

Chemical companies should resume in the first half of 2010 those projects they scrapped because of the economic downturn, according to industry experts. Prices of copper, steel and other raw materials are expected to increase next year after dropping by as much as 20% from 2008 levels, the experts said.
