Weight misconceptions carry health risks, study says

A study found that 25% of overweight women perceive themselves as normal weight, while about 16% of normal-weight women mistakenly think they are overweight. Both groups are more likely to have unhealthy behaviors, such as not dieting when it's needed or using diet pills when weight loss isn't needed, researchers said.
