Small businesses find Facebook friendlier than mobile

Just as small businesses got their grip on social media, they've fallen behind in mobile, according to Constant Contact data. Small companies now prefer Facebook to every marketing channel except for e-mail, face-to-face and phone conversations -- but 72% said they're not even attempting mobile marketing yet. A Pitney Bowes study found that many marketers say social tools are easier to use than mobile.
