Survey: Workers want individualized wellness plans

Employees understand that wellness efforts can reduce their health care costs, and half of them want their employer to provide personalized wellness plans, according to a survey from Aon Hewitt, The Futures Co. and the National Business Group on Health. "Consumers are telling us that the one-size-fits-all approach to health and wellness isn't working for them," said Helen Darling, CEO of the National Business Group on Health.
