Unilever is seeking a 100% increase in market value while cutting its environmental footprint by 50%. CEO Paul Polman says long-term planning and a clear sense of priorities is behind his company's success. "Most businesses operate and say, 'How can I use society and the environment to be successful?'" he explains. "We are saying the opposite -- how can we contribute to the society and the environment to be successful?"
